Revisit those Dinos

Jurassic. World. Don't ask. Just go see it.
Dinos. Action. Chris Pratt. Need I even say more?

But really, this was such a great movie.
You don't have to have seen Jurassic Park (the first one) before going to see this one. It would help you catch all those lovely Easter eggs that pop up throughout the new film. And, there are quite a few of them if you are paying close attention.
You will laugh, you will jump out of your chair, you may even scream, and there is a slight chance that you might possibly even cry. There is no shortage of dinosaurs in this movie. You have a favorite? It is probably present in this movie. Or you will soon find a new one to fall in love with. I am a Raptor fan myself; they are so smart and cunning as well as deadly. I have loved them since the original, and I wasn't disappointed this time around either.
Plus again Chris Pratt.

So, revisit number two. It Works Cleanser. Last time I wrote about it (Itchy Desert or Smelling like Citrus) I came to the conclusion a couple months ago, that it was going to be worse before it got better. I figured it was time to tell you if that actually rained true or not.

My face is so much better than it has been. To but it as blunt as possible my face has been for the most part clear during that horrible time of the month of us females. I had to do a double take this week. My face is always, I repeat, ALWAYS disgusting and oily during this week. I can happily say that is not the case this time. Which is super exciting. I can't begin to tell you how happy this makes me. For once in my life, I wasn't thinking about what my face looked like or what people were going to say. I just merely went about my normal everyday life!!

It's worth mentioning that it does take awhile for the Cleanser to show results. So, you must be patient. Trust me when I say I know. I am not a super patient person. I want it to work right away or at least in the first couple of weeks. This is not one of those products. lol, sorry. But I will definitely admit that it is worth it to wait.

So GO SEE JURASSIC WORLD!! and give the Cleanser a try. You won't be sorry in the long run.

Blessings,
Ali

Tight. Golf. Swing?

Sorry for such a long break between posts; the holiday and busy life caught up with me not to mention the Sprain Recovery I am still going through. Almost out of the woods on that, thank goodness!!! I have been dealing with this for long enough in my book. That being said;

Today’s topic: Joint Aches and Pain.
Sounds like such a motivational topic. Gosh, I bet you jumped up in your chair for that sentence. Ha.

Obviously, I sprained my ankle in March, so I have had a lot of joint issues. For instance, my joint was extremely tight the first time I went to see my physical therapist (ok it still has the tendency to be tight all the time). She laughed at how tight it was; I am an over achiever apparently. I struggle with keeping my ankle moving while at work since I sit at a desk for most of my nine hours of job time. Add to that how busy I am and I tend to forget those exercises that are supposed to help keep my ankle motion flexible. My fault all around I know.

It is why I got so excited when I seen that It Works offered a product that was supposed to help with my joints!! I thought finally a way to break through this struggle. I have not tried Relief YET, but it is next on my list. After I had written it off that is, let me explain why I had done that. So, Relief is supposed to promote healthy and flexible joints as well as strengthening the cartilage in the joints. Sounds awesome, right? I thought so. Plus this is great for all the golfers out there who tend to put a lot of motion and repeated stress on their joints. Which is why my dad was willing to give it a try. He is an avid golfer. Like goes every weekend once the snow melts, or to the heated stalls in the winter to hit golf balls type of golfer (he don’t mess around). I was excited to see how it would work for him that way I could get it too improve my ankle function. Well at the end of his 30 day supply he said he didn’t feel any different. To say I was bummed wouldn’t be accurate. I was totally hoping this was going to at least do something even it is was minuscule. I was prepared to write a meh review for Relief; I actually had it written up and was waiting to post it…

I am kinda glad that I had waited to post it since a couple days later (possibly a week) he asked me to re-order it for him. I asked why since it didn’t work in his book. As it turns out my dad has a heel that bothers him often well, it didn’t bother him while he was taking the Relief. I have witnessed him gimp around when it bothers him. I can honestly say I haven’t seen him do that since he got Relief back into his daily routine. This gives me hope that there is more to this sucker than I originally thought. I am ready to take the test to see if it will work out the same for me and give me some mobility back that I have lost.

All you golfers, sprain recovers, or athletes out there who are having joint pain, you may want to ask me how to get back that flexibility. I have the stuff for you!

Blessings,
Ali
