Black Ice and Confianza

So my Wednesday started out with a trip to the Med Center and watching Sports Center as I waited for some x-rays. Hopefully all of you had a better start to your days than that. I am also pretty sure I found the only patch of black ice in our parking lot at work. Last time I assume 40 degrees means no icy spots. Leave it to Michigan to try and hold out as long as possible to winter before letting spring into the picture. Needless to say it was an interesting morning, luckily I stumbled out with just a severe sprain and not a broken ankle. Thank you Lord.

All of that and today was the day my I am That Girl charter had scheduled to be a day without complaining. Laughing yet? No worries, I certainly did. I will say there were moments that I complained, more just venting frustration about the fact I now have crutches, but I kept high spirits through most of the day considering. Sorry girls if you are reading this; I did have a couple moments that were less than optimism. I will say that, and no joking on this, I am pretty sure it was thanks in part to Confianza.

I will say that I hadn't really be noticing to much of a change in my life while taking this. However, I did realize that I wasn't instantly getting frustrated when things started to get stressful at work. And for me, that was enough to say something was making a difference with this product. Yes, I was kinda bummed that there was a big moment of wow check this out no stress! I don't know why I expected that; we are humans are ALWAYS stressed. I feel like it is now a requirement for life. I was totally expecting to write this post today and end it there but I can't do that. I had a big moment happen just not of my own epiphany. One of my parents friends stopped me Monday to say that they had notice a difference in my level of composure over the last couple weeks. They felt they just needed to tell me how impressed they were. That did it for me right there. She had no idea that I had been taking Confianza. She just merely noticed that I was staying calm in all circumstance better than I had been before. How awesome is that?
